If you are not satisfied with your purchase from astramfr.com, you may be eligible for return within 30 days from receipt of shipment. See details below for return and restocking policy.

Return Policy:

Eligible machines must have been purchased directly from www.astramfr.com. Astra will not accept returns of Astra branded machines purchased from other retailers or resellers. The product must be in new, unused condition and be returned with all original and unused packaging and components. Accessories are not eligible for return. Some parts may be returned, approval by Astra required for return.

To start the return process, contact Astra customer service for approval. When we receive your item, we will assign you a Return Authoritization (RA) number. All returns are processed according to RA number and funds are returned based on original method of payment, minus restocking fee.

 Re-stocking Policy:

Products must be in new, unused condition and be returned with all original and unused packaging and components. Once received and inspected, a return will be issued to purchaser for the net purchase price, less a 35% restocking fee.
