Note: Please provide a physical shipping address. We are unable to ship to a PO box or APO address. For customers outside of the United States, please contact us at email@example.com for an international delivery quote.
When expedited shipping is selected at checkout, we will make every effort to ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. We will notify you if items ordered are not in stock and build time is then needed prior to shipping your order.
Lead time: Each Astra machine is carefully handcrafted in Spokane, Washington upon order receipt. To ensure the proper level of quality and care, there is a 10-day lead time for machines / 5-day lead time for parts in addition to standard FedEx delivery times. Standard FedEx delivery times are based on your location.

At the time of checkout, you will be able to create an account with Astra. It is recommended to create an account for order tracking, quicker checkout with saved billing info, order history, and more. With Astra, your information is secure and will never be shared. You are able to cancel your account at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Eligible machines must have been purchased directly from www.astramfr.com. If purchased from a reseller or dealer, please contact them directly for your return. The product must be in new, unused condition and be returned with all original and unused packaging and components within thirty (30) days. Accessories are not eligible for return. Parts may be returned on approval by Astra.
All returns and exchanges are processed according to RMA number and funds are returned based on original method of payment, less a 35% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping of product(s). To start the return process, please contact us at email@example.com.
